Since 2017 our mission is simple and powerful: to lead a food revolution through pasta, turning every dish into an experience of pleasure, health and connection.
We believe that pasta is much more than a food: it is culture, it is tradition, it is home. And for this reason we want to protect it, innovate it, and tell its story.
Pasta Revolution was born for this: to give voice to our vision of a future where "tastes good, feels good, does good" is not a slogan, but a concrete commitment.
We want fresh, artisanal, Made in Italy pasta to be a daily, accessible, sustainable choice.
We want to tell the value of the people who produce it, the quality of the ingredients, and the respect for the land.
And above all, we want to do it with transparency, inspiration, and the freshness of those who carry forward an ancient heritage with modern tools.

At Miscusi, our partners are not 'suppliers': they are family. From B-Corp certification to daily choices in the kitchen and dining room, we transform measurable commitments into concrete actions: transparent supply chains with full traceability, menus designed around ingredients with lower environmental impact (legumes, alternative cereals), renewable energy, systematic waste reduction, and more responsible packaging. We measure with clear KPIs (LCA and independent audits), align our goals with the SDGs, and invest in training and equal opportunities, so that every dish served tells a story of real improvement for people and the planet.
